"If I could I would rate everything a 10. If there is a better Honda dealer in this nation, someone would have to prove it to me. I am a long time customer and as long as Ronnie is in business and I'm still alive, he will always get my business. The economy forced the sale of my Goldwing, that came from Honda of Sumter, but I still had to have a ride. I got to looking around for a used bike, and ran across some new 08 VTX1800's that Honda had overstocked at Honda of Sumter. I picked up the phone, called Ted, he turned me over to Chris to finalize the deal and I picked up the bike on the following Friday. Everything I had requested was installed and ready to go. I just can't explain in words the way this dealer operates. Every customer is like family, The parts guy's, Anthony is my buddy. Jimmy, Steve, Allen and all the rest in the service department. You just have to go there and see for yourself. This is still ran the way a business should be, with the customer first. "I had been looking for a used Goldwing for Months. The dealers in Ga. I contacted never got back with me. The used Bikes on Craigslist were ridiculous over price, then I found Honda of Sumter on the web. I saw a 05 Ultra Classic that caught my eye, I called up Chris and a deal was struck over the phone. After I drove the 3 1/2 hours my heart was still set on a Goldwing. I went from bike to bike changing my mind several times, yet Chris and Ted were patient with me never pushy just answering my questions. In the end I settled on a just traded in 07 Wing (that they had to literially clean up before my eyes.It doesn't end here, after I had signed the contract I noticed the back tire was slick and I knew that would be on me. While I was loading the Bike up on my trailer (fretting about the tire) Ronnie the owner, came out took the Wing to the shop and personally installed a brand new back tire. He told me that was not the way he did buissness, I was in shock, there are still dealers out there that care about their customers. After much disappointment and frustration trying to purchase a new 2009 Goldwing from 5 different Honda dealers in the Central and South Florida, I went on line and found Honda of Sumter. What a refreshing surprise!! At first, I was a little relucatant to purchase long distance. The folks at Honda of Sumter made my purchase a truely easy and pleasurable experience. "In 2008 I started searching for a Goldwing after riding an ST1300 ABS since 2005. After many hours of internet searching I located Honda of Sumter. I called the dealership and asked the salesman what his Goldwing with ABS inventory was and he stated he only had a white one in stock. He then asked what color I was looking for and I told him I wanted the medium red with ABS. He stated he could have one ready in a matter of days. We agreed on a price which beat every other price I was quoted. We then discussed financing and he was able also get me the beat interest rate. Next came the surprising and best experience about the sale and customer service I received; I told him I would be in Gatlinburg, TN the week after Christmas and I would like to drive over and pick up my new Goldwing. The salesman stated the dealership would be closed from Dec. 26th until Jan. 05. He then asked me what day I wanted to arrive and I told him Dec. 28th to which he said he would come in and open the dealership so I could take delivery. I showed up about 45 minutes late as I miscalculated the time and the salesman was waiting. He took time to go over the bike with me and then he said he would help me load it on my trailer. I told him to go home to his family as I wanted to ride the motorcycle and he had already gone over and beyond to make the sale. Needless to say I have enjoyed the Goldwing ever since and I was extremely pleased with the sales experience with Honda of Sumter!!"

"After checking prices locally and on the internet for several weeks I found no one could match the price of a new Gold Wing from Honda of Sumter. With a phone call the bike was ordered and the optional accessories installed. A one way flight from Richmond VA to Columbia SC and an enjoyable ride from the airport to the dealership provided by the owners themselves and I was there. "I just picked up my new red GL1800 comfort navi from Honda of Sumter. I am a type "A" personality when it comes to shopping for big ticket items and I can tell you that "Terrible" Ted and the guys and gals at Homda of Sumter have your local Honda dealer (whoever it is) beat hands down in price, attention to detal, and servie. I shopped my local dealer and was straight up with him about the price of the bike. He looked me in the eye and told me that I was just going to have to drive on down to Sumter. So I did. They had exactly the bike I wanted with none of the typical dealer add ons that I wasn't interested in and do little but drive up the price. They were very attentive and and helpful to my wife in choosing and sizing a helmet, they had my intercom speakers and mikes installed before we were finished with the paperwork. "Terrible" Ted made sure that I was thoroughly familiar with the features of the bike and was completely satisfied and had no questions before I drove off the lot. "WOW! After many years of research and contemplation, I purchased my first bike, A Goldwing; the Caddillac of them all. I've consider purchasing Harley, which I love as well, it's American of which I am most proud of. But, I found the staff Honda of Sumter to be REAL, down-to-earth, no non-sense, good folks. What an experiance. Although I knew I wanted to own a GoldWing, there was no pressure to purchase one after five or so visits. The bike litterly sold itself.
